JBX would like to address incorrect information being circulated on the Internet regarding its products.

Most importantly, JBX wishes to assure its customers that none of the products in the Bio Island range have been recalled by the Australian therapeutics goods regulator, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

JBX has also become aware of concerns arising from two anonymous complaints published by the CRP in September 2016 in relation to the Bio Island range.

The CRP is a body formed by the Australian Government in collaboration with stakeholders in the therapeutic goods industry, which is responsible for collecting complaints and making primary determinations in respect of advertising complaints for therapeutic goods.

The CRP’s determinations are published on its website shortly after they are made. However, those determinations are subject to review and modification or revocation by the TGA.

JBX takes its regulatory obligations very seriously and has a great respect for the Australian regulatory bodies and the therapeutic goods regulatory regime as a whole. We will reserve our legal rights regarding the publication of this incorrect information.
