Bio Island DHA for Pregnancy and Bio Island Milk Calcium Bone Care are both suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Unfortunately, none of the products currently in the Bio Island product range are suitable for vegetarians or vegans due to the presence of animal products, e.g., bovine gelatine, milk powder, fish oil etc.
Bio Island DHA for Kids, DHA for Pregnancy and VitaEyes for Children are suitable for vegan or vegetarians, only when the capsule is pierced and only the oil is consumed. However, this is personal preference as some vegetarians or vegans may not want to consume due to the oil having touched the bovine gelatine capsule.
