    • the payment of the cost of having the products repaired.

  • where the products are services:

    • the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties whether express, implied or otherwise, not set out in these Terms of Use are excluded and JBX is not liable in contract, tort, or equity (including, without limitation, negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to compensate you for:

  • any increased costs or expenses;

  • any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings;

  • any loss or expense resulting from a claim by a third party; or

  • any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever caused by JBX’s failure to complete or delay in completing the order to deliver products.

JBX is not responsible and accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from Website failures or downtime.
