With the recent changes in seasons you may see some slight variations in the capsule texture or colour, as all our Bio Island kids range capsules are made using natural ingredients. When using natural ingredients they can be affected by the weather, season and environment and this may lead to slight differences of colour and capsule hardness with each batch. This does not affect the active ingredients in the product in any way.

Sometimes if the products has been in long transportation and has experienced very big temperatures difference – such as going to very hot climate to very cold climate this can also cause capsule to harden, which is why we suggest to store below 30 degrees. The capsules content itself is still safe to consume, as we have formulated to manage very low or hot temperatures.

To open the capsules cleanly and quickly it is best to cut the ‘fish tail’ of the capsule with a clean pair of scissors and empty the contents onto a spoon or into food.
